English Accent

Have you ever talked with a foreigner with almost nonstandard accent?!

Its pretty hard! Since we have always worked on vocabulary and grammer more than the listening or speaking, having a good understanding of what he/she is talking about is hard in most cases. beside this problem, there is a bigger problem! his/her ACCENT. especially when you got to talk with a japanese,koreans or chinese one. they have a especial english accent. Arabs or Hindis have especial accent too.

I think if some one wants to have a good english command in both understanding and communicating must work alot on listening with different accents. distinguishing the words between different accents is very important.

If you work only on specific standard accent like american or british you will face this problem and you'll get confused as soon as you talk with a person having nonstandard accent.

Creating Unattended Windows XP Installation CD/DVD

1) Download windows XP Deplo Tool for Service Pack 3 from

https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=673A1019-8E3E-4BE0-AC31-70DD21B5AFA7&displaylang=en

2) Extract the deployment cab and run setupmgr.exe

3) Choose this options while using the wizard:

Create New

Unattended setup

Windowes XP professional (or what ever your XP installation CD is)

Fully automated

Setup from a CD

and at the last screen, answer or config all the settings as you like it to be. don't forget to provide the product key as same as your windows installation CD product key.

4) At last when the tools ask you the file name choose the file name as "WINNT.SIF". after saving this file you can open it in notepad.exe and make any change you like manually on your own risk. I recommend to search on the internet befor you make any change.

5) Follow the instructions explained here

6) Copy the new generated WINNT.SIF to new windows XP installation folder you have created at level 5.

7) Now create a bootable CD/DVD and write the installation folder on it. to create this bootable media you can use a software like "CDImage GUI" that creates the ISO image for you and then you can write that image on the CD/DVD.

8) Thats all ;) You may do some of the above steps on your own way and experience a new procedure different from mine.

Merging Service Files/Updates With Windows XP Installation Source Files To Make A New Installation CD With Updated Service Pack

1) Copy service pack on hard disk, some where like D:\ and name it some thing like SP3.exe ( here I am merging service pack 3 ;) )

2) Copy windows installation files from Windows XP CD to hard disk, some where like D:\ and name its folder something like D:\WXPVOL_EN

3) go to command prompt (cmd.exe) and run this command :

D:\SP3.EXE -s:D:\WXPVOL_EN

This command will extract service pack files and merge them with windows XP installation files.

Update/Repair Windows Protected Files Without Repair or Reinstallation

run this command at the RUN menu or command line:

sfc /scannow

this procerss may need Windows XP installation CD to repair damaged or changed protected files.
