Stretching Exercises for Releasing Negative Energies

Have you ever noticed when you are too tired you tend to stretch your muscles? It was so amazing to me yesterday when I was meditating. I had reached deep levels of meditation. After a couple of minutes, I found I would like to stretch my body and I did.

I started to do some stretching exercises and during that time I could see the negative energies in my muscles starting to releasing.
